Banksia Embroidery

This Banksia embroidry is secured onto a wooden frame and will be backed with felt and feature a hanging wire which will be attched to the wooden frame on either side.

This Banksia was handstitched while in my Australian native hyperfixation and is the largest detailed embroidery piece I have made.

It is stitched onto an eggshell/ecru coloured drill cotton which is stronger than the usual calico I use.

This piece is 30cm by 24.2cm.
