Approach to sessions
I offer personalised online art therapy sessions that create space for you to:
- Explore your experiences, values, hopes, and dreams through creative expression
- Understand how you experience the world
- Find meaning and make changes at your own pace
My practice is informed by decolonisation, late-stage capitalism critique, trauma-informed, and anti-medical model frameworks.
Lucy’s experience
As an artist and art therapist, my approach is shaped by my lived experience navigating the mental health system and my belief in the healing power of creativity and community. My personal journey through institutional healthcare inspired me to explore and practice more humane and understanding approaches to mental health support.
My artistic practice includes drawing, painting, and fiber arts, with a focus on themes of reflection, resilience, and transformation.
